These Terms of Use govern your access to Lervan, operated by Ucar Studios, LLC. By using Lervan you agree to these terms. Paid plans are also governed by our Subscription Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account information. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must permit your use of Lervan and agree to these terms for you.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no illegal content, no infringing others’ rights, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform, and no automated scraping outside our published interfaces. Free access is for one person: don’t create extra accounts to get more free use, and expect Free allowances to be counted per browser as well as per account. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use outputs, including disclosing AI assistance where your school, employer, or publisher requires it.
Your content
You keep ownership of text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.
AI outputs
Tool outputs, including detection results, suggested revisions, summaries, citations, research responses, and study materials, may be produced by automated models and can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided “as is” for your judgment, not as professional, legal, or academic advice, and not as a guarantee of any outcome.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Lervan at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may suspend, limit, or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used to break these terms or the law, to commit fraud or payment abuse (including disputing a charge you authorized), or in a way that harms other people or puts the Service at risk. While a payment dispute or fraud review is open, we may pause paid access. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will tell you why. If we end your paid access early for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for. Terms that by their nature should continue, such as the disclaimers and liability limits, survive after your account ends.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lervan is provided “as is” and without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ucar Studios, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Lervan during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of your country of residence.
