These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of paid subscriptions to Lervan (the “Service”), operated by Ucar Studios, LLC (“Lervan”, “we”, “us”). By starting a subscription you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Plans and pricing
Lervan offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before purchase. Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed at checkout. The plan, price, renewal interval, trial terms, and usage limits shown at checkout control your purchase.
2. Who sells your subscription
Paid plans are sold through Link, Stripe’s checkout service. Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate, is the reseller and merchant of record for your payment: it processes the charge, collects applicable sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts. Your card statement will usually show the charge as LINK.COM* LERVAN. Ucar Studios, LLC provides the Lervan service itself and remains responsible for it, including these Terms. Link’s own terms also apply to the payment.
3. Free access and trials
New accounts get Free access with the monthly usage allowances shown in the Service. No payment method is required, Free access does not create a subscription, and it does not convert automatically into a paid plan. We may change Free allowances and features; any change applies going forward. Higher limits require a trial or paid subscription.
Eligible new customers may receive a seven-day trial on a monthly or annual subscription. A payment method is required to start that trial, but no subscription charge is made during it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan starts automatically and the disclosed recurring price is charged. Trial eligibility is limited and is not restored by canceling and returning. The weekly plan has no trial: billing starts at checkout.
4. Automatic renewal and recurring billing
All subscriptions are automatically renewing. When you subscribe, you authorize Link, as our reseller, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis — at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on your plan) — at the then-current price for that plan, until you cancel. The renewal price, interval, and the fact of automatic renewal are disclosed to you before purchase and in your order confirmation.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing in the Service, from your Link account at link.com, or by emailing [email protected]. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal or trial conversion time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not require you to call anyone or complete retention steps to cancel.
6. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, because the Service is delivered digitally and immediately. We do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time or allowances (other than the plan-switch credit in section 7), a renewal you did not cancel in time, or a trial that converted because it was not canceled before it ended. The only exceptions are refunds the law requires, and the unused part of a paid period if we end your paid access early for a reason other than a breach of our Terms of Use.
A billing error is not a refund request. If you were charged twice or otherwise charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will correct any error we confirm. Where local consumer law grants you a refund or withdrawal right (for example, in the EU/UK), that right applies and is not limited by this section.
7. Price and plan changes
We may change subscription prices or features. Any change to your renewal price will be communicated to you in advance by email and/or in the Service before it takes effect, and will apply only to future billing periods. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
You can switch plans from the billing page in your account. A switch to a longer plan (weekly to monthly or annual, or monthly to annual) takes effect right away: the unused part of your current period is credited toward the new plan, the difference is charged at that time, and your new billing period starts that day. A switch to a shorter plan takes effect when your current billing period ends, with no credit. During a free trial, a switch keeps the trial, and the new plan’s price is charged when the trial ends.
8. Failed payments and disputes
If a charge fails, it may be retried, and we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If a charge is disputed with your bank or card issuer, we may pause paid access while the dispute is open.
9. Your authorization
By subscribing, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize recurring charges as described above. We are not responsible for fees your bank or card issuer may charge.
10. Jurisdiction-specific rights
California residents: you may cancel as described above consistent with California’s Automatic Renewal Law. EU/UK consumers: by starting a digital subscription you may be asked to acknowledge that performance begins immediately, which can affect the statutory withdrawal period; your mandatory consumer rights still apply. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under the laws that apply where you live.
